2. After this, the main character Tom goes to this girls room, however her room mate Hannah is in there. So Tom tries it on with her, but she sprays him in the eyes with perfume and all fails. Later, Tom still tries to charm her into bed, the charm is accompanied with wit, which then leads to them becoming friend.

3. One member of the cast is listed, as well as the main title. All of the titles are bought on to the screen by floating love heart and flowers as shown next to Patrick Dempsey.

4. The rest of the cast is listed.

5. The last flower floats into a window and '10 years later' comes on at the bottom of the screen. We see its Tom, 10 years older, with another random girl who asks to stay the night, but he turns her down due to one of his rules about sleeping with women. He still hasn't changed.

6. Titles appear again whist he is driving through the city. The titles stop when Tom is in the shop he flirts with a girl and gets her number.

7. The titles then appear again and the opening ends.

During the film that plays we get to understand the male character the most. He's portrayed as a real ladies man, and a bit of a player too. After the ten years we find he is still the exact same, and his coffee sleeve invention became very popular as he said it would.

1. The first thing we is is the production company logo.

2. We are then shown a montage of shoes of couples, the males looking smart, and the women in high heels looking sexy. Camera angles and lighting help with this. The couples are also playing footsie, showing their attraction towards their partner.

3. The last pair of feet we see are not very smart or sexy, and they are far away from each other, showing the audience thats how their relationship must be.

4. We then see the characters, we see the main women has something on her mind rather then struggling what to get for dessert, her husband says the should decide what they want at the same time (talking about dessert) and then she says she wants a divorce.

5. The Main title appears straight after.

6. We then see what we think is family, however, the older girl must be a baby sitter as we find out she has a crush in the dad.

7. It cross cuts back to the couple and we find out she cheated on Cal.

8. Comedy is then bought in by the baby sitter walking in on the young boy masturbating.

9. The woman is still talking, and Cal says she better stop or he'll get out of the car. However she doesn't listen and Cal jumps out of the car- this brings comedy again, and shows us their relationship could've also broke down because she don't listen.

10. Lastly, we find out the young boy Robbie thinks the baby sitter is his soul mate and he 'loves' her even though there is four years difference between them. However before this we found out she fancies his dad. This creates a new enigma for the audience.

During the film that plays, the storyline is set to us through some enigmas given to us. What we find out is that Cals' wife, Emily, cheated on him with her boss David Lindhagan. Also we find out that the baby sitter Jessica fancies Cal, but his son Robbie is pretty sure he is in love with her. With all this set in only five minutes, it makes the audience not really know what will happen as a lot of questions have not been answered.

We don't hear the lyrics of the song only the opening, however the song is about saving room to love someone. This foreshadows what happens throughout the film as all the characters want to be loced by who they love.
